1 Can Diced Tomatoes / With Green Chili’s
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Bag Frozen Corn
2 Cans Organic Black Beans
Finely Chopped Cooked Chicken Breasts or Canned Chicken Breast
Taco Seasoning
6 Stalks Chopped Celery – Organic
1 Onion Chopped
Garlic
2 Boxes Organic Chicken Broth
Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil in bottom of Pot, add garlic, celery, onion, taco seasoning & corn and cook for about 5 minutes. Next, add Chicken Broth, black beans, tomatoes, chicken & seasoning and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Dish out a bowl of soup & top with sour cream, shredded cheese & tortillas….. I use Organic Plain Yogurt instead of sour cream (healthier with probiotics) & use soy cheese instead of regular cheese. You can use whatever you like.

Ground Turkey – I try to buy organic products or the lowest fat ground turkey without all of the added hormones, etc.
Favorite Italian Spices – Such as Garlic, onion or seasoning blends
Fresh Spinach or Frozen Spinach – Organic is yummy!
Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
Whole Wheat Thin Spaghetti
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Shredded Low Fat Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
Brown Ground Turkey in EVOO & add your favorite Italian spices/seasonings. Once it is all brown, add Spaghetti Sauce & Spinach & Fill the Spaghetti Jar with filtered water & add, then simmer. Boil a pot of filtered water & add EVOO (with salt is you want)… add Spaghetti noodles until al dente. Use a casserole dish for all of your ingredients to make the baked spaghetti.
Put cooked noodles in the bottom, then add all of the spaghetti sauce on top. Put your favorite Low Fat Shredded Cheese over & pop in preheated oven at 375 for another 20 minutes. Bake your Crescent Rolls at the same time to be hot & ready when spaghetti is finished cooking. Divide/cut into square servings & Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese & Ground Pepper! You usually can feed 4- 6 people depending on serving size. Our family of 3 eats twice… it is even better warmed up the next day! Yummy!
