We can refinish without all the mess of sanding. We always apply 3 coats of finish to the floors and you won't have an odor or any dust to deal with. Some of the deep gouges, water damaged stained wood or pet stains may look better, but the process will not get rid of those damaged areas in the wood. Sanding is the only thing that will remove that kind of damage. Our process, however, is loved by our clients because the floors can have the shine and protection brought back without all the mess.
